1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PouLance Metrics and the GBP Metrics Pro service at poulancemetrics.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

These terms apply to all users of the service including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

PouLance Metrics provides data connector software that allows users to connect their Google Business Profile data to Google Looker Studio for reporting and analytics purposes. Our service includes:

• GBP Metrics Pro Looker Studio connector
• Google Business Profile OAuth connection management
• GBP performance data fetching and display
• Connector token management dashboard
• Multi-location and multi-account support

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our service you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must keep your login credentials secure
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all actions taken under your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our service

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Free — $0/month — 1 Google account, 3 locations
• Starter — $19/month — 1 Google account, 10 locations
• Pro — $39/month — 3 Google accounts, 25 locations
• Agency — $79/month — 10 Google accounts, unlimited locations

4.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your payment card details.

4.3 Free Trial

New paid plan subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the free plan. We will notify you before your trial ends.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. After cancellation your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods.

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will be communicated by email and will apply at your next renewal date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Access Google Business Profile accounts without authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our connector software
• Share your account or connector tokens with unauthorized users
• Use the service to scrape or harvest data beyond your own accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt our service infrastructure
• Resell access to our service without written permission
• Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

6. Google Services

Our service connects to Google APIs. By using our service you also agree to:

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access any Google Business Profile accounts you connect through our service. You must only connect accounts you own or have explicit permission to access.

7. Intellectual Property

The PouLance Metrics service, including our connector software, website, and documentation, is owned by PouLance Metrics and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership over your Google Business Profile data accessed through our service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Our service depends on Google APIs which may experience outages or changes outside our control. We will communicate planned maintenance in advance.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PouLance Metrics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our service.

Our total liability for any claims related to our service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice.

Upon termination your right to use the service ends immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days of termination unless required to retain it by law.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email and by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
